Cancellation and No Show Policy

 Your appointment is very important to us!  We understand that there are times when schedule adjustments are necessary due to changes in schedules or obligations with work or family. However, we request that you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Our software will notify you of your upcoming appointment within 48 hours of your appointment.

We recognize the time of our guests and stylists is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment, we not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.

We also understand that there are times when unexpected circumstances occur, such as illness, injury, and loss of a loved one. These instances will be taken into consideration with last minute cancellations. We would still appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible using one of the contact options above.

Our software has the ability to record the number of late, cancelled, or missed appointments.  If there is not a 48-hour notice for cancelled appointments, with the first offense being waved, this policy will take effect:

SECOND OFFENSE APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED OR CHANGED WITHOUT 48 HOUR NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE EQUAL TO 50% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT.

NO SHOWS WILL ALSO BE CHARGED IN THE SAME WAY WITH A 50% CHARGE OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT.

*PLEASE NOTE THAT CERTAIN MEDICAL EMERGENCIES WILL BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT REGARDING THIS POLICY AT THE DISCRETION OF OUR OWNER.

ARRIVAL TIME:
Please arrive at your appointment at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. All services have a specific time schedule. An early arrival allows for a relaxed experience. If you arrive late, unfortunately your service(s) may be shortened in order to maintain your stylist’s schedule.

REDO POLICY:
We strive to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your visit, and we are happy to correct any issues that are the stylist’s fault with no additional charge. This does not include additional products or services to change the look or add to the look. For example, you wanted blonde and now think it is too bright and want to add low lights, this would be a charge.
